We want you to love your LEGOLAND Resort fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all brick-themed tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the resort warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
